Mu-so is Naim’s first wireless music system. Finely tuned by their specialist engineers in England, its powerful audio brain delivers exceptional quality in sound. Commanding 450 watts of power through six custom-designed speakers, Mu-so creates an experience of music that has to be heard to be believed.
Its simple to use connectivity includes AirPlay, Bluetooth®/aptX®, Spotify Connect®, TIDAL, UPnP™ (access stored music), Internet Radio, Multiroom, USB, Analogue and Digital inputs, Apple iOS and Android apps for complete control.
Combine Mu-so, Mu-so Qb and other Naim streaming products for the ultimate multiroom experience. Simply sync the units to play the same song beat-for-beat in up to five rooms (up to four via wi-fi; fifth via ethernet connection).
Beneath its anodised aluminium skin Mu-so is alive with innovation.
At its heart sits an active arrangement of amplifiers inspired by the technology we developed to create the ultimate audio system for Bentley.
Six 75 watt amplifiers deliver a total of 450 watts of power, paired with a carefully designed porting system for a serious bass kick from a small cabinet.
Power means nothing without control. That’s why Mu-so features a 32-bit digital signal processor capable of millions of calculations per second. It’s the audio brain of the system, running software fine-tuned in our listening room to extract every last drop of performance from your music.
There are many design elements that make Mu-so unique.
The wooden speaker cabinet is wrapped in a layer of anodised aluminium to provide a natural, distortion-free sound with an extruded aluminium heatsink maximising thermal performance.
Mu-so also features two patents: the illumination system around the touch panel interface took months to perfect and WiFi antennae hidden in the heatsinks deliver robust connectivity, with no external aerial.
