Revised In-Store Trading Hours
Monday – Friday – 10:00am – 4:00pm
Saturday 4/4/20 Onward – Appointment Only
(Until further notice)
To Our Valued Customers
To help prevent the spread of Coronavirus, our business hours are temporarily changing.
As of next week (beginning Monday 30 March), our Monday to Friday opening hours will be shortened to 10 am – 4 pm, and Saturdays will be by appointment only until further notice.
Why have we shortened our weekday hours?
We’re shortening our weekday hours to help reduce the number of contact hours each week and also facilitate extra cleaning at the beginning and end of the day. Two hours a day equals ten hours a week less face to face time, and every little bit helps.
Why appointment only on Saturdays?
Saturdays are traditionally the busiest day of the week for in-store traffic. Unfortunately, this also presents the biggest challenge for us in keeping our customers and our team safe, which is our highest priority.
Via appointment, we can ensure that you’ll still receive the quality service you’re accustomed to whilst ensuring appropriate social distancing and hygiene guidelines are adhered to.
How do I make a Saturday appointment?
Please call or email and let us know your prefered time and which products you’re interested in auditioning. We’ll confirm your appointment via email.
If your situation changes and you can’t make it, please inform us ASAP.
Click and Collect
If you’re shopping with us online or over the phone and need to collect your order on a Saturday, please follow the instructions above. Alternatively, if you’re local we may be able to facilitate dropping off your order. Just ask us!
What else are we doing to stop the spread?
In addition to the above measures, we’re encouraging our customers to get in touch over the phone or via email and social media as much as possible. And don’t forget, our online shop is open 24/7 with free delivery.
If you do need to come in-store, we’ve implemented multiple safety practices including; limiting the number of people in each area of the store, providing PPE such as hand sanitizer and latex gloves for customer use, cleaning surfaces and contact points after each customer interaction, and maintaining a high level of personal hygiene practices ourselves.
If you’re making a purchase in-store, we’d like to please encourage you to go cashless.
And naturally, it goes without saying that if you’re feeling unwell, please stay at home and stay safe.
Thank you for your all your amazing & continued support,
The Team @ Audio Junction
